Being Engaged 101

Ok so for all you single people out there wondering what its like to be married this is not the right post since I'm not there yet. However - I can give you the best parts of being engaged in true top ten list format.

10. Regular dating is replaced by double dating where you try to feel out other couple to see if you like them enough for a second date.

9. Pissing off the line to the bathroom at the party when you come out together and could care less what they say or think.

8. Being able to talk to all the big girls at the party with no worries cuz your night is already locked up with the Ms.

7. The night out with your boys that ends up at a whack party still finds a happy ending once you make it home.

6. You gain a personal assistant who plans your schedule - with or without your opinion. (e.g. receiving details for a party you RSVP'd before you knew there was a party)

5. Everyone assumes you've taken on a second job as a Wedding planner by asking you every day how the plans are going. Can that much really change weekly on a wedding that is 6 months away?

4. You instantly notice the size and design of every women's ring where as every other dude doesn't seem to notice the rock on your fiance's finger.

3. Your cell instantly becomes taken over by dudes and co-workers meanwhile your phone never rings...ever...

2. Your email address is left off of the invite list for that trip to Brazil...Miami...New York...Little Rock...
